Will I get High from Hemp?

No you will not get high nor feel high from using hemp. The feeling of being high comes from THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). The hemp plant only legally contains 0.3%.

Is CBD Legal?

Can I fail a drug test using High Cotton Hemp products?

Our products may contain up to 0.3% THC. The THC amount in mg will vary depending on product suggested dosage, therefore, there is a possibility that consumption of the product could possibly trigger a positive test. Why is there a grapefruit warning?

CBD can have an interaction with certain drugs in a manner that is similar to grapefruit. Research has shown that certain compounds in grapefruit can interact with many common pharmaceutical drugs by inhibiting cytochrome P450 enzymes, a family of liver enzymes that metabolizes these drugs. However, CBD can also inhibit these enzymes when consumed at high enough dosages.

We always recommend checking with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. Any instructions you may have received from a medical professional regarding grapefruit should be treated with the same level of care when it comes to CBD products.

How much CBD should I take?

Due to the wide range of uses for CBD, appropriate serving sizes can range widely. Your serving size will be dependent upon your body weight, metabolism, individual body chemistry, and other metabolic factors.
